# Bee Skills

To hustle for the sweetest $honey, upgrading your bee is key. Each character boasts a skill tree crafted from on-chain NFT traits, securely residing on the blockchain. The starting values of each bee's skill tree are shaped by the traits of your NFT. The skills include:

* <mark style="color:yellow;">Energy</mark>: Sets the maximum energy your bee can consume, refreshed every 24 hours.
* <mark style="color:yellow;">Health</mark>: Damage your bee can take during raids.&#x20;
* <mark style="color:yellow;">Yield</mark>: Your NFTs yielding power set by: base, current, max
* <mark style="color:yellow;">Attack</mark>: Boosts raid efficiency, maximizing your resource plunder.
* <mark style="color:yellow;">Defence</mark>: Fortifies your hive against raids and potential threats.
* <mark style="color:yellow;">Forage</mark>: Elevates the chance of harvesting resources during forages.

Upgrade your bee's skill tree using the primary resource—pollen. Upgrades are unlocked by gaining XP in game. Keep in mind that depending on the upgrade, costs may include a combination of resources, and $honey.&#x20;
